Cooking is my second hobbies,i love cooking so i decided to put all the recipes that i love and usually prepared, since im in arab country so i will start my very first recipes collections.one of the arabs favorite.

BEEF BIRYANI

Ingredients:

1 kg long-grain basmati rice
1 kg beef, clean and cut into average sized pieces and boiled with turmeric powder, black pepper and salt to taste
1 kg onions, sliced
1 kg tomatoes, washed, peeled and chopped into small pieces
1 cup oil
1 cup ghee
2 maggi chicken soup cubes
3 teaspoons red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 teaspoons coriander powder
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
50 g cashews
50 g fresh coriander leaves, washed and chopped
8-12 green cardamoms
4 bay leaves
15 whole black peppercorns
30 g mint leaves
salt

Method:

Heat oil in a wok. Fry the boiled beef in the hot oil until it turns brown on either side. Remove the fried beef and allow the excess oil to drain on clean paper kitchen napkins. Add all the onions to the hot oil, except for 2 sliced onions, and stir-fry briefly (about 7-10 minutes). Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, corriander powder, cardamoms, bay leaves and half the black peppercorns. Mix well until it forms a dry paste.Stir in the chicken stock. Add tomato slices and cook until the water in the tomato dries up and oil floats on the top. Put the fried beef lightly crushed by hand into it. Mix in the salt as per your taste. Allow it to cook on low flame until cooked. While it is cooking, heat oil in a skillet. Fry the remaining onions in it until they turn light brown. Remove from heat. Add the remaining peppercorns, bay leaves and green cardamoms to the same oil. Then, toss in the cashewnuts and pistachios and fry until lightly golden brown and aromatic. Add the drained rice to the oil and mix well. Add 5 glasses of water and a pinch of salt. When the rice comes to a boil, reduce flame and keep it covered. As the water gets absorbed by the rice, remove half of it and put the prepared beef curry on top.
Garnish with mint leaves, corriander leaves, cashewnuts and fried onions Spread the remaining rice on top of this and give one more layer of garnish. Keep it on low flame, covered, for 10 minutes, and let it cook. Serve hot with any raita.

Protecting your Skin Againts Sun Exposure

  • Apply Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 30 or more to all exposed skin. “Broad-spectrum” provides protection from both ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) rays. Reapply approximately every two hours, even on cloudy days, and after swimming or sweating.
  • Wear protective clothes, such as a long-sleeved shirt, pants, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses, where possible.
  • Seek Shade when appropriate. Remember that the sun's rays are strongest between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. If your shadow appears to be shorter than you are, seek shade.
  • protect your kids from sun exposure. Be sure to play in the shade, use protective clothing, and apply sunscreen
Use Extra Caution Near the water and the Sand  because they reflect and intensify the damaging rays of the sun, which can increase your chances of sunbur through a healthy diet that may include vitamin supplements. Don't seek the sun

  • Ultraviolet light from the sun and tanning beds can cause skin cancer and wrinkling. If you want to look like you've been in the sun, consider using a sunless self-tanning product, but continue to use sunscreen with

  • If you notice anything changing, growing, or bleeding on your skin, see a dermatologist. Skin cancer is very treatable when caught early.

5 Ways to Trick Yourself Into Spending Less

The mind works in mysterious — and expensive — ways. But you can pump up your willpower or trick it into helping you spend less. Farnoosh Torabi, author ofPsych Yourself Rich explained a few mental approaches on Huffington Post:
Think it through.
Pressured? Rushed? You’ll spend more recklessly. Infomercials are designed to take advantage of this brain quirk.
Take stock regularly, even if you don’t have to.
Is your budget fine the way it is? So-called status quo bias means you’ll keep paying what you’re paying — cable bills, credit cards — unless you have a compelling reason to change.
Saving money is all relative.
Duke behavioral economist Dan Ariely says we’re bad at making comparisons: We may readily pay $3,000 to upgrade to leather seats in a new $25,000 car because it’s a relatively small percentage of the total price, but we’d think a lot longer about paying $3,000 for a new sofa that we’d sit on every night to watch the latest Charlie Sheen interviews.
And Ramit Sethi, who runs the website I Will Teach You to Be Rich, gave some tips on increasing willpower (financial and otherwise) to the Bucks blog of the New York Times:
Automate everything.Pay bills automatically to avoid late fees.  Channel a portion of your paycheck to your 401(k) and savings accounts.
Do a little bit all the time.
If you’re overwhelmed by choices, it’s easy to do nothing. “Instead of trying to save a little bit on everything,” he says, “focus on your two biggest discretionary expenses,” like eating out and drinking, in his case. “Over the next six months, cut each down by 25 to 33 percent.

How to get rid calluses on your feet.

There are a number of techniques which can be used to prevent and get rid of calluses on your feet. These techniques also apply to calluses on your hands, knees, and elbows. Be aware that if your calluses are caused by an underlying condition such as a bone spur, you should treat the condition as well as the callus, or the calluses will keep reforming.
Prevention of calluses starts with your shoes. Take the time to get shoes which are properly fitted, as poorly fitting shoes can lead to calluses. Your shoes should be snug but not tight, and they should be wide enough to accommodate your feet. Ideally, you should also wear flat shoes, as heels put pressure on the ball of your foot, which can lead to callus formation. Take the time to find a good liner for your shoes as well, and wear insulating socks. Athletic shoes should also be purchased with care.
Several companies make shoe liners which are designed to get rid of calluses, corns, and bunionsMoleskin is a common material for such liners, and you can also purchase strips or patches of moleskin to put on your feet before slipping into a pair of shoes. Be careful when using patches and pads, as they can apply uneven pressure to your foot, which can cause more calluses to form. Some doctors also recommend the avoidance of medicated pads for calluses in favor of less intrusive home remedies.
To get rid of calluses on your feet, start with a long soaking. Fill a tub with warm water and Epsom saltsessential oils, or even tea. These substances help to soften your skin for the next step: filing. Use a pumice stone or a foot file to gently file away at your callus, lifting the dead skin and stimulating fresh growth underneath. If the callus is especially large, do not try to take it all off at once. After filing, moisturize your feet with a rich intensive moisturizer like petroleum jelly.

Easter Prayers

God our Father,
by raising Christ your Son
you conquered the power of death
and opened for us the way to eternal life.
Let our celebration today raise us up
and renew our lives by the Spirit that is within us.
Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

O God,
who for our redemption gave your only-begotten Son
to the death of the cross,
and by his glorious resurrection
delivered us from the power of our enemy:
Grant us so to die daily to sin,
that we may evermore live
with him in the joy of his resurrection;
through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever. Amen.
1979 Book of Common Prayer

Christ, rising again from the dead
dieth now no more:
death shall no more have dominion over him;
for in that he died, he died once:
but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God,
alleluia, alleluia.
Let the Jews now tell us,
how the soldiers,
who guarded the sepulchre,
lost the King,
though they had placed a rock over him.
Why kept they not the Rock of Justice?
Either let them restore the buried One,
or adore with us the risen One, saying:
But in that he liveth,
he liveth unto God,
alleluia, alleluia.
The Liturgical Year: Book 7

Blessed be the God and Father
of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In His great mercy
He has given us a new birth
to a living hope through the resurrection
of Jesus Christ from the dead
and to an inheritance
that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading.
It is reserved in heaven for you,
who because of your faith in God
are being protected by His power
until the salvation
that is ready to be revealed at the end of time.
New Saint Joseph People's Prayer Book

O God, who made this most holy night to shine
with the glory of the Lord's resurrection:
Stir up in your Church that Spirit of adoption
which is given to us in Baptism,
that we, being renewed both in body and mind,
may worship your only-begotten Son Jesus Christ
who overcame death
and opened to us the gate of everlasting life:
Grant that we,
who celebrate with joy the day of the Lord's resurrection,
may be raised from the death of sin
by your life-giving Spirit;
through Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever. Amen.
1979 Book of Common Prayer

O God,
whose blessed Son made himself known
to his disciples in the breaking of bread:
Open the eyes of our faith,
that we may behold him in all his redeeming work;
who lives and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God,
now and for ever. Amen
1979 Book of Common Prayer

God of mercy,
you wash away our sins in water,
you give us a new birth in the Spirit,
and redeem us in the blood of Christ.
As we celebrate Christ's resurrection,
increase our awareness of these blessings,
and renew your gift of life within us.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
International Committee on English in the Liturgy (ICEL)

O God,
you have prepared for those who love you
such good things as surpass our understanding:
Pour into our hearts such love towards you,
that we, loving you in all things and above all things,
may obtain your promises,
which exceed all that we can desire;
through Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
1979 Book of Common Prayer

Lord,
the resurrection of Your Son
has given us new life and renewed hope.
Help us to live as new people
in pursuit of the Christian ideal.
Grant us wisdom to know what we must do,
the will to want to do it,
the courage to undertake it,
the perseverance to continue to do it,
and the strength to complete it.

Japan bans entry into Fukushima evacuation zone

Japan has made it illegal to enter a 20km (12-mile) evacuation zone around the stricken Fukushima nuclear reactor.
People were urged to leave the area shortly after the 11 March earthquake and tsunami crippled the plant, but the order was not enforced by law.
Cooling systems were knocked out by the twin disasters and radiation has been leaking from the plant.
Brief re-entry will be allowed to the area's 80,000 former residents to collect belongings.
It is not clear how many people are living in the evacuation zone, but reports said police had counted at least 60 families.
After the disaster the government also declared a wider 10km zone around the 20km evacuation area where people should either stay indoors or leave.
It later recommended that people also evacuate that area as well.
"The plant has not been stable," said chief government spokesman Yukio Edano.
"We have been asking residents not to enter the area as there is a huge risk to their safety," he said. "Unfortunately, there are still some people in the areas."
"Today... we have decided to designate the area an emergency area based on disaster law."
Long wait
Most of the evacuees are living in sports hall and gymnasiums waiting to return home.
It could be a long wait, says the BBC's Roland Buerk in Tokyo, as the plant's operator, Tokyo Electric Power Co (Tepco), has said it aims to bring the reactors to a cold shutdown within nine months.
The evacuation zone will be reassessed then, adds our correspondent.
Residents would be allowed supervised visits of two hours to collect belongings, which would be screened for radiation contamination.
Workers at the Fukushima Daiichi plant are attempting to remove highly radioactive water from a reactor building to allow repair work to the cooling systems knocked out on 11 March.
Emergency workers have been unable to enter any of the damaged reactor buildings at the plant since then.
Nearly 14,000 people have been confirmed to have died in the earthquake and tsunami and more than 13,000 people are missing.

American Idol's Kara DioGuardi date-raped by music producer.

For ex ‘American Idol’ judge Kara DioGuardi, the road to success in the music industry has been paved with sexual assault. In her new memoir, One Helluva High Note, the TV star recounts being date-raped by a "fairly known" music producer.
"She repeatedly told him to stop, but didn't try to fight him because she was too scared he'd become violent,” reports EOnline. “She never told anyone about the horrific incident because she feared he would ruin her career."

That wasn't the last terrifying encounter she'd have working as a label executive, producer, and songwriter in music's notorious boy’s club.  She also opens up about a recording artist who invited her on a three day songwriting trip only to subject her to porn and stripper marathons. After his repeated attempts to convince DioGuardi to fondle him she walked away from the gig.

In an industry plagued by gender inequity and harassment allegations, DioGuardi’s experiences are hardly surprising. In 1991, the Los Angeles Times reported that at least three major record companies were dealing with sexual misconduct allegations. In recent years, several female industry execs have come forward with their own accounts of mistreatment.

Alison Hussey, a consultant and 20-year veteran of the music business, revealed in a 2009 Guardian article, that a "well-known member of the music glitterati" said "if I slept with him he would sign my artist."

Another label executive, who remains unnamed, experienced assault on tour. "I once had a horrific incident with a band member who thought it was OK to push me up against the side of a tour bus,” she told The Independent. “You go along thinking that you are being respected for the work you're doing and then that happens."

Part of what’s kept the industry suspended in a 'Mad Men' era of sexism is a marked gender imbalance. While female recording artists top the Billboard charts, women working behind the scenes are far scarcer. It's been estimated less than 5 percent of producers and engineers working industry-wide are female. "I think that's generous," Terri Winston, founder and executive director of Women's Audio Mission, told the publicationNashville Scene. "To be honest, I think it's a lot less than that."

In 2010, PRS for Music Foundation, a non-profit designed to explore the gender gap in the industry, highlighted the problems women behind the scenes. "One phrase that sticks in my mind was that it's an obstacle course for women, whether dealing with the challenges of maintaining a family life or battling with the broader assumptions being made about women, that they are expected to be the fronting performers rather than the intelligent composers behind the scenes,” Vanessa Reed, executive director of the charity, revealed in last year's Independent article on women in music.

That lack of respect translates to some tough choices for victims of abuse. DioGuardi didn’t report her assaulter out of fear of blacklisting. Trina Shoemaker, the first woman to win a Grammy for engineering, described the attitude she adapted in a culture of misconduct. “I was like, 'Eh, that's nice you wanted to grab my ass, and you just did grab my ass, but once you leave.... I'm going to teach myself to edit tonight, after you grabbed my ass,” she told Nashville Scene.
In 2011, multiple allegations of harassment and assault by leading male music producers and managerscontinue to surface. But that doesn't seem to deter sexual predators from keeping their stronghold in the field. After his violent assault on pop star Rihanna, Chris Brown should have been banned from the music industry. Instead he's been supported by enough label executives and fellow artists to continue making albums as if nothing ever happened.

The healing powers of tea for the inside and out

By now we have all heard from numerous celebrities and advertisements about the benefits of green tea when it comes to dieting, but that is not the only benefit that tea offers. While green is one variety of tea, there are three other varieties including oolong, black and white, and each have different tastes and benefits. As a drink served either hot or iced, tea offers many internal health benefits. However, those little tea leaves offer a whole word of dfferent benefits on the outside as well.
Reducing stress
Being British, I was brought up on tea and learned to make a perfect "cuppa" by the time I was a young girl. While tea time in Britain has always been a relaxing and calming time, tea also seems to be something people turn to when they are under stress. A medical study done in 2009 by psychologist Dr. Malcolm Cross at City University London showed the world what every person in Britain already knew: The act of making and drinking a simple cup of tea has the ability to reduce anxiety and stress levels and bring you to a much more relaxed state. So ladies, instead of turning to chocolate when we are stressed, a cup of tea might work better and our waistline would appreciate it (or if you are like me, have a chocolate cookie with that tea and you are good to go).
Weight loss and metabolism boost
Green tea has been promoted all over the weight loss industry for its properties to aid in dieting, but is it for real or is it all hype? According to studies from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, green tea works to increase metabolism, intensify fat oxidation, helps glucose regulation, and works to reduce appetite.
Now, that's the internal benefits, but what about on the outside?
Now, if you are like me and drink tea throughout the day, you are left with many used tea bags. Instead of throwing them out, here are a few ways to use those left over tea bags for even more medical benefits.
First-aid and anti-itch treatments
Using a warm tea bag to place over dry, cracking skin can help soothe pain and itching. Have you spent too much time in the sun and are now sporting a sunburn? Add a few old tea bags to your bath water and soak. The tannins in the tea act as a natural antiseptic and will relieve itching, swelling and pain. Have a mosquito bite that is itching like crazy? Drop an old tea bag in a bit of warm water to heat it up and then apply it to the bite. Leave it there until the bag cools and it will work to draw out the poison from the bite and help keep the itching away.
Fighting cavities and treating cold sores
Teas are filled with Polyphenol antioxidants which work to prevent the growth of bacteria in your mouth, making tea a great cavity fighter. Have a problem cold sore that just won't seem to go away? Place a warm tea bag on the cold sore for about 30 minutes a day until it disappears. The tea works to disinfect the cold sore and extract toxins.
Relieve dark circles and puffy eyes, plus make those styes disappear

Have one of those annoying styes that just won't seem to go away? Try placing a warm tea bag on your eye three times a day until the warm tea bag cools. The tea will help to bring the sty to a head and help it heal much quicker. These have been a problem for me through the last year, and I have found that the tea bags really help speed up the healing process.
So, while you take a seat, pour yourself a nice hot cup of tea and relax, don't throw that tea bag away. Keep it to treat whatever may be bothering you, and hey, no excuses for puffy eyes and dark circles anymore.

Earning potential isn't the only thing you look at while searching for a job, so why should it be the main consideration when ranking what's already out there?

For their 2011 Jobs Rated Report, CareerCast took into account the physical and emotional work environment, potential for stress, physical demands, and the hiring outlook as well as the mid-level (not average) incomes in order to rank 200 U.S. jobs from best to worst. And it makes for some interesting, unpredictable results.

Because of high stress levels and low earning potential, teaching jobs, which have been in the news so much this year, placed squarely in the middle of the pack, in 100th place. School principals fared better, in 41st place, ranking higher than judges (54th) because even though judges earn tens of thousands of dollars more, principals have a better chance of actually finding a job.

What other jobs did CareerCast evaluate? Dentists (75th), mechanical engineers (62nd), and members of the clergy (68th) all fared better than airline pilots (high stress levels put them in 140th place), bartenders (ranked 159th, because long-term career prospects are slim), and farmers (177th, because of the amount of physical labor involved). Did your mom insist that you become a doctor or a lawyer? Those jobs rank 101st and 82nd, respectively. The jobs on the 10-worst list were mostly in housing construction, and industry that was severely affected by the recession and has been slow to recover.

10 best jobs

  1. Software engineer. Software engineers research, design, develop, and maintain software systems for nearly every industry out there, which makes for plenty of job security in the field.
  2. Mathematician. Not all mathematicians are academics. They also teach and solve problems in business and industrial settings.
  3. Actuary. Actuaries interpret statistics and determine probability. They crunch the numbers for the insurance industry, helping to decide whether you're a good risk and how high your rates should be.
  4. Statistician. These people are the big bean counters and number crunchers, analyzing and interpreting experiments and surveys. Low stress levels helped this job earn its high rank.
  5. Computer systems analyst. While software engineers deal with the programs themselves, computer systems analysts plan and develop the systems for business and scientific institutions. The income potential and number of jobs available are high, while the physical demands are quite low, which makes this job a highly coveted and stable one.
  6. Meteorologist. Everyone wants to know about the weather, and the interest in climate change research has pushed this job into the top 10.
  7. Biologist. The biotech industry is still booming, and biologists get to spend their time in a relatively good work environment.
  8. Historian. You don't have to stick to sciences in order to land a Top 10 job; historians are in high demand.
  9. Audiologist. As Baby Boomers age, jobs that cater to the needs of an older population will continue to grow. Audiologists help diagnose and measure hearing problems, which puts the job in a high-growth industry.
  10. Dental hygienist. When you go to the dentist, you actually spend much more time with the dental hygienist, who perform cleanings, preliminary diagnostics, and more.

10 worst jobs

  1. Roustabout. Roustabouts do most of the maintenance work for oil rigs and pipelines—hard physical work that takes place day and night in dangerous conditions. The BP/Deepwater Horizon disaster last year, and the suspension of deepwater drilling, made job prospects for roustabouts even more difficult.
  2. Ironworker. Ironworkers perform high-stress work in dangerous conditions for low pay.
  3. Lumberjack. Little job growth and lots of hard labor earned lumberjacks a spot on the worst-jobs list.
  4. Roofer. Though the construction industry often offers a sneak peek at the economy, installing and repairing roofs can be a high-stress, hard-labor, low-paying job.
  5. Taxi driver. Taxi drivers drive 100,000 or more miles each year, and the cargo they carry can be rude, messy, and demanding. It's a low-paying job with high stress levels and potentially horrible work environment.
  6. Emergency Medical Technician. Low pay and high stress make this job a tough one. Not to mention the dangerous conditions under which EMTs have to work.
  7. Welder. While skilled welders may be able to land jobs easily, entry-level positions are hard to come by.
  8. Painter. Another construction-related jobs on the 10 worst list. Why? Dangerous working conditions, toxic chemicals, low pay, and low job security.
  9. Meter reader. Monotony makes for a stressful work environment, and low pay keeps this job at the bottom of the rankings.
  10. Construction worker. The home construction industry was hit hard by the recession and still hasn't fully recovered, making jobs for construction workers difficult to find and keep.

Once a Cheater, Always a Cheater?

You are romantically involved with someone who has cheated – either on you or on a partner from another relationship. Now you are questioning if your partner will cheat again.
There are many reasons why people are unfaithful in their primary relationships. It is necessary to look deeper into why your mate or potential love interest has previously strayed before answering that question. Furthermore, women and men often differ in their motivation to cheat.
"Piggy-backing" is one of the primary reasons women start seeing another person. Unhappy with their primary relationship, but too dependent to go it alone, they cheat on their partner in the pursuit of a new partner.
Once a relationship with the new love interest has been secured, these women typically return to monogamous behavior. As long as the new relationship remains satisfying, they remain faithful.
Men who cheat, more frequently do so for sexual gratification. Many enjoy and pursue relationships that are essentially sexual outside of their primary relationship. However, there are also those who do fall in love with the other woman.
Within this last group, there are men who either won't or are unable to leave the primary relationship due to familial obligations. Or they also still love their primary partner and are comfortable with living a double life. These men will indefinitely maintain concurrent relationships and a state of infidelity. Other men follow their heart's desire and do leave their primary relationship to become fully involved with the new partner.
Just because a relationship starts while one or both partners are being unfaithful to someone does not automatically mean that the pattern will be repeated.
It also holds true that if someone has been unfaithful to you in the past, they are not necessarily going to betray you again, as long as the core issue that initially caused the cheating is resolved. Keep in mind, though, that some people are driven to cheat by unresolved personal issues that require more help than a loving partner.
Also, if you have a pattern of becoming involved with unavailable partners, then you might need a deeper exploration with a knowledgeable adviser to address your own issues.
What prevents a cheater from cheating again, is understanding and resolving the root cause of why the cheating occurred in the first place. Habitual cheaters do exist, but there are also those who truly want to be in a satisfying, monogamous relationship. A former cheater who does not have deeper issues driving his or her infidelity, and who is happy and satisfied, is unlikely to wander again.
